Erangel is an 8×8 map which is a good place that you can discover many deserted areas such as a power plant, a military base, storage facilities, a flooded town, swamps, and mountains. And that historical event led to abandonment. During that stage, the locals started a resistance to push back those soldiers. It is an island which was taken by the Soviet Union around 1950.
